ORDERING Just click the 'Add to Cart' button for each item you'd like to order. You will be prompted for all necessary
information. You will have a chance to review and change your order prior to submitting it. Most orders will ship within
2 days. Popular items may be backordered. Typically backordered items are available to ship within 15 working days.
We will notify you via email within 2 business days if your item is backordered. Tracking information for ground
shipping will be emailed to you on the day your order is shipped.
ORDER CANCELLATION Customers may cancel and receive a refund on any orders that have not yet been shipped.
A 5% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of processing the order.
SHIPPING ERROR If we shipped you something in error, please accept our apology and contact us within 24 hours of
receiving your package to arrange for pickup and re-shipment of correct parts at no charge to you.
SHIPPING DAMAGE Be sure to inspect your package upon arrival. Damage during shipping (i.e. smashed, bent,
dented boxes etc.) is not covered under the warranty or return guarantee. Shipping damage is the responsibility of the
carrier. The customer is responsible to report any damage to the carrier immediately.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES Sterling Pines Performance will refund or exchange any product that is in new/unused
condition within 30 days of purchase date. Contact us directly for a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number
and shipping directions at custsvc@sterlingpinesperformance.com.
Re-box the item being returned and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Please make sure
the box is securely wrapped and in the original box. Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be sent freight-prepaid, and insured by the sender. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged
or lost in transit.
Freight charges for returned products are NOT refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original
shipping charge will also be deducted from your credit. Returns must be received by Sterling Pines Performance within
15 calendar days after the RMA number is issued, or the return may be refused. The RMA number does not imply a
replacement or refunds on any product, but only that we will inspect the merchandise you purchased based on the
claims made.
Please note that once a product is installed it becomes a Warranty Item (see Warranty Section). It is the sole
responsibility of the customer and/or the installer to verify that the parts purchased are the correct parts for your
application PRIOR to installation. We assume no liability for costs or inconvenience incurred as a result of incorrect
parts. Returns must be sent freight-prepaid, and insured by the sender. A refund or exchange credit will not be
considered until all related items, hardware, and accessories have been returned. Refunds for returns can take 2
weeks AFTER we receive the part back. When we receive the parts back we forward it to the manufacturer for
approval. Once the return has been approved we will credit the credit card you used to buy the parts.
WARRANTY INFORMATION All warranties are serviced through the manufacturer only. We will be happy to assist
you in any way with Warranty concerns/claims on any products we sell. Warranty information is shipped with each
order. We assume no liability for costs or inconvenience incurred as a result of all warranty items.
