What Does It Do?

By removing the stock air box and replacing it with a metal heat shield and using a conical air filter you can maximize the
air filter cleaning area and allow the engine to breath easier and produce more horsepower.

All RFI intakes use a lifetime reuseable 4-lay cotton gauze filter. This combined with the deep pleats make these filters
ideal for high performance use.

This intake system also works well in conjunction with performance computer modules or downloaders; the modules will
increase the amount of fuel going into the engine and therefore needs more air.

The installation of this system is very easy and requires only very basic hand tools. Generally installation can be done in
20 minutes or less.

Lifetime Reususable Cotton Gauze Filter
All RFI intakes use a lifetime reusuable four layer cotton gauze filter that features much more surface area over a stock
air filter to let the air flow, but can also trap dust particles as small as .50 microns.

Having a filter that gathers more surface area of filter media combined with the deep pleats that the RFI features makes

Easy Installation
The installation of these systems is extremely easy and requres only the basic hand tools.

Bully Dog's RFI intakes work very well in conjunction with other performance products, including performance chips,
downloaders, etc. These modules will increase the amount of fuel flowing through the injectors into the engine and
therefore will need increased air flow to lower exhaust tempertures and burn more fuel in the piston chamber. The end
result is improved drivability, fuel mileage and better acceleration.
